RUN FOR RONALD

As a way to give back during these challenging times, the UGA chapter of ADPI decided to host its first ever virtual 5k! Run for Ronald took place on Saturday, May 2nd, and we had over 400 participants! All proceeds were donated directly to our national philanthropy, the Ronald McDonald House Charities. Thank you for your support!

01

wait, What is a virtual 5k?

A virtual 5k is a race that can be completed from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on a trail, on the treadmill, throughout your neighborhood, or on a track. It's completely up to you! You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.

02

OKAY, I'M INTRIGUIED. WHEN IS IT?

Run for Ronald took place on Saturday, May 2nd. There was no set start time, you just begin the race at whatever time is best for you. This race was perfect for both the early birds and the late risers!

03

COMPLETE YOUR VIRTUAL RACE

Once you've decided on a place to run and a time to start, simply throw on your Fit Bit, download the Nike Running Club App, or hit start on your Apple Watch and get going! You can use whatever device you want to track your race and time yourself. You can even get your friends and family to sign up to run with you!
